How do your gluten-free products achieve a good texture and taste?
Gluten-free baked goods naturally have a different texture because they lack the elasticity that gluten provides. However, our flour blend helps achieve a chewy, satisfying texture that doesn’t compromise on flavor or quality.
Do you use genetically modified organisms (GMOs)?
No, all of our ingredients are non-GMO, and many are also certified organic.
What measures do you take to prevent cross-contamination?
We produce our baked goods using dedicated gluten-free equipment. All surfaces and utensils are thoroughly sanitized between batches, and we source certified gluten-free ingredients from trusted suppliers.
Are your products free from other allergens (e.g., dairy, nuts, soy, eggs)?
Some of our products contain common allergens such as eggs, dairy (butter), and nuts (like walnuts). We do not currently offer allergen-free versions and recommend checking the ingredient list for each item.
Can your products be frozen?
Yes! Our baked goods freeze very well. Simply thaw at room temperature or warm gently for best results.
Are your products vegan?
Not at this time. Some of our products contain eggs and butter, but vegan-friendly options may be offered in the future.

Yes! Thanks to our custom flour blend made from whole oats, lentils, and chia seeds, our products are high in fiber and plant-based protein, making them a wholesome alternative to traditional baked goods.
What kind of flours do you use?
We use our own custom proprietary flour blend made from organic gluten-free oats, organic green lentils, and organic chia seeds, providing a nutrient-dense, high-fiber, high-protein base for all our baked goods.
How should I store your gluten-free baked goods?
All of our baked goods are individually packaged and heat sealed to preserve freshness. They should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigerating, as it may cause them to dry out. For longer storage, our products can be frozen for up to 3 months.
