Gluten-Free Super Fudgy Walnut Brownies

These homemade gluten-free brownies are super chocolate-y, fudgy rich and pure delicious!
Ingredients
- ½ cup (60g) Loanii-Living’s Protein All-ternative flour
- ½ cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g dark or semi-sweet chocolate melted chocolate
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C / 320°F
- Grease and line an (8 inch) square tin with parchment paper
- Cream the butter and both sugars until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well in between, until pale and creamy. Add vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Stir through cocoa powder, flour, and salt until the batter is thick and combined.
- Add the walnuts and stir until combined.
- Scrape the batter into the prepared baking tin and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle extra walnuts or chopped-up chocolate on top!
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with fudge crumbs clinging to it.
- Let cool completely in the pan, and then lift out using the parchment paper.
